I made an appointment with a Forest Heights Dental for TMJ issues. I was very pleased with how translucent they were with the expense and alternatives for payments for essentially a mouth guard. Dr. Gildon was very informative while also patient while I described my problem areas in my jaw. I will definitely be going here again!

Super great dentist and her entire staff! Highly recommend this office! Been coming here 5 years now, never any problems. Entire staff is awesome, they really care about you. You can’t find a better dentist period!! Update my other post: Fantastic group of employees! Everyone is so polite! Dr Gildon has a great bedside attitude. Never had any issues. Highly recommend!! Awesome dentist and staff!!!

I just moved from Florida and started having severe pain in my teeth. Of course it is right when I lapsed on my dental insurance and had no coverage. I called Forest Heights Dental and the receptionist was so nice and understanding. She scheduled me as soon as she could which would have been next day if my schedule allowed! That is amazing. I was able to fill out my paperwork online as well which made the visit very smooth. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants and physician were very sweet and professional. The office was extremely clean and the team was efficient. The pharmacy would not fill my script from the dentist due to a new policy and the physician, AFTER HOURS, called the pharmacy so I could get relief same day. This office cares about its patients and you can tell from the moment you call. I will be a regular patient here and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Pricing without insurance was also very reasonable.

I had great experience at Forest Heights Dental. The people were very professional in their job, the waiting room was very well kept in order. The dental staff as a whole were fabulous. I am very thankful for these wonderful people to have as my dentistry.

I was so pleased with the staff and how friendly they were. Initially, upon arriving, Melissa the office manager was great. She had great customer service, and understood the requirements that were necessary from my insurance. She assured me and made me feel comfortable all would be taken care of. The dental hygienist Heather was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, and she had great bedside manner. She was very knowledgeable of her scope of practce. Dr. Gildon was Great also! I complimented her on her great bedside manner as well. I appreciated my experience with her. She was very friendly, and she took the time to explain what she found on my x-rays, and speak about the possible causes. I did not feel rushed or hurried at all. I was so impressed with the clinic when I left, I stated that I would be back and as a matter of fact, I scheduled all of my visits for the coming year 2024.

My experience was great. I just went in for a first consult, x-rays and cleaning. I generally really struggle with the X-rays, but this was probably the easiest session ever for me. The cleaning was pretty gentle. They definitely have updated equipment. There were things my old dentist office never did. They were really nice. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent dentist and staff!! Every operatory has a wall-sized window for patient enjoyment to view the beautiful wooded grounds and wildlife! Very busy place, so call ahead for an appointment and try not to miss it!

Dr. Gildon and her staff are truly dedicated professionals in working with their patients to find the best solution that is of benefit to all. During my early Monday morning issue, I was provided the best options, handled with a “we’re gonna take care of this” attitude, which I found comforting. Thanks to the front desk, the assistant, and Dr Gildon. You did great.

Absolutely always dreaded going to the dentist UNTIL this dentist. She is great. The receptionist is always upbeat & never fails to tell me as soon as i walk n that she's already checked me in. The hygienist, Shandy, makes cleanings relaxing - something i did not know was possible. She does a great job so quickly & efficiently that u r done n no time. The office is beautiful with a glass outside wall n each space & another plus is it's an all female office & since i firmly believe women should b running the world this business gets a solid 10 from me !!! --- Sharon Piazza
